Grace Chosy Gallery Window for 17/100 Midwest Artists Show in March 2013

Grace Chosy Gallery shows are normally the work of one or two artists, but Friday night’s opening was very different.  17/100 Midwest Artists brought together an eclectic mix of Chosy artists whose work was selected for the book 100 Midwest Artists.

What a fun opening! Each artist had three or four pieces in the show so it was like a buffet of different styles.  Plus, it was a lovely time to meet and chat with other artists – something that can be difficult to find time and opportunity to do.

Thanks to everyone who came to the opening.  It was great to see you!  If you couldn’t make it to the opening, the show runs through 3/23, Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11am to 5pm.

P.S. We’re looking forward to checking out Terry Coffman’s one-man Van Gogh show on Washington Island this summer.  Washington Island is located off the northern tip of the Door County peninsula.  Taking a ferry to a show… how fun is that?
