The Remembered Landscapes show at Grace Chosy Gallery has been a success.  Lots of people have been in to see Dave’s innovative prints.  For us, it’s been great to view the work together.  We think Karin and Ellie did a wonderful job hanging the show.  We’ll be sad to see the work separated, but excited that some pieces are heading to new homes.

Saturday, September 25 is the final day to see the full show at Grace Chosy Gallery.  If you miss the show, October brings a second chance — some of the work will remain at the gallery and be on display in the front room for the month. Other work will return to our studio and be set up for display for the first weekend of October.

Both Grace Chosy (1825 Monroe St.) and our studio, Carta StudioWorks (2001 Atwood Ave.) will be open for Madison’s Fall Gallery Night on Friday, October 1 from 5 to 9pm.  Drop in at either or both places as you enjoy a crisp fall evening on the town.

Carta StudioWorks will also be open both Saturday, October 2 and Sunday October 3 from 11am to 4pm for the Madison Area Open Art Studios event.  In addition to Dave’s work, Paula will be showing her nature photography.  We’re also hosting a guest — local potter Mitch Sigmund.

Of course, the Grace Chosy Gallery is open every Saturday.  In fact, drop in anytime between 10am and 5pm Tuesdays through Saturdays.

Below are photographs of the front window as well as two views of the main show area.
